$50 Flight Credit
- Voucher 1: Travel must be completed within 6 months of voucher issuance.
- Voucher 2: Travel must be completed within 9 months of voucher issuance.
- Vouchers are registered in the name of the new Evolution Agent.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bartered or sold.
- Vouchers are for one-time use only; no residual value will remain after use.
- Flights must be booked directly through Archer Travel.
- A $50 credit per transaction will be applied at the time of airline ticket purchase.
- Vouchers are valid for any flight on any airline, except Spirit, Frontier & Allegiant.
- Travel must be reserved at least 14 days prior to departure.

- No blackout dates apply.
- Reservations must be made through Archer Travel, and all standard booking rules apply.
- Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Agents must be active Evolution members in good standing to use the voucher.
- Travel must be reserved at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Limit 1 voucher per reservation.
- Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Cannot be combined with any other voucher, certificate, rewards, or promotion.

$500 Cruise Voucher
- Provides a $500 credit toward any 7-night or longer cruise.
- Cruise Certificate must be redeemed within 6 months and travel completed within 1 year of receipt of the certificate.
- All cruise lines and itineraries are eligible and must be booked directly through Archer Travel.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be bartered or sold.
- Vouchers are for one-time use only; no residual value will remain after use.
- Only one credit is allowed per cabin, based on double occupancy.
- The Evolution Agent must be one of the passengers on the reservation.
- Agents must be active Evolution members in good standing to use the voucher.
- Reservations are non-commissionable.
- Reservations must be made at least 90 days prior to departure.
- Limit 1 voucher per reservation and cannot be combined with any other voucher, certificate, rewards, or promotions.

Credit towards the 2026 Evolution International Convention
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Value up to $350.
2. Any convention credit will be applied to new accounts only, and must be applied to primary account.
3. Credit will not be applied to any sub-accounts.
4. Credit cannot be transferred.
5. There are NO REFUNDS issued on Evo Bundle Tickets.
6. For full convention details and policies please refer to the Convention Tab in your EVO Back Office once you’ve signed up.
7. Must be redeemed within 18 months of the bundle purchase date.
8. Convention tickets are issued on a first come, first served basis and are subject to event availability at the time of redemption. We cannot guarantee a ticket if the event reaches capacity before redemption.
9. Any ticket not redeemed within the 18 month period will be considered forfeited and will have no cash value, credit, or refund.

Terms & Conditions
1. Agent must be active at time of winning and in current good standing.
2. Agent must be consecutively enrolled with no lapses in “ACTIVE” agent status from enrollment.
3. Agent MUST be consecutively enrolled with no laspes in “ACTIVE” agent status at time of booking through departure date.
4. Voucher must be claimed within 10 days of winner announcement via email to Giveaway@archertravel.com.
5. Travel must be booked within 90 days of winning announcement.
6. Travel must be concluded within 180 of winning announcement.
7. Voucher is good for a one-time booking.
8. Any remaining or unused voucher credit cannot be applied towards a subsequent booking/reservation.
9. Voucher cannot be combined with any other “Archer/Evo” travel voucher/discount/promotion or reward.
10. Voucher cannot be combined with personal travel credit or reward points.
11. Voucher cannot be used for EVO Plus.
12. Voucher has no cash value.
13. Voucher cannot be gifted, bartered, or traded and is non-transferrable.
14. Voucher may only be used for airfare, hotel, and rental car.
15. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with reservation.
16. Winner must be included in reservation/booking.
17. Travel MUST be booked directly through Archer Travel.
18. Travel MUST be reserved at least 30 days before departure.
19. Air credit valid on any flight or airline except Spirit, Frontier, and Allegiant.
20. Voucher WILL NOT be replaced if lost or stolen.
21. Archer Travel reserves the right to update any/all terms and conditions without prior notice or consent.
22. Valid ONLY for U.S. based agents.
